Continuation

Sorry for the delay folks, went on vacation. So, I was telling you about my expreience with this company. My payment went though without a glitch - what a suprise! I was still skeptical but I have no idea what prompted me to continue- I am constantly asking myself why but no valid answers as of yet.

My package finally came, get this - 14 days later. I know you are wondering Why I waited so long with no problems. Believe me I had problems alright. While I was waiting I was constanly calling and emailing customer service. Calling this company makes no sense unless you have nothing to do all day and you have a few hours to just sit or stand and wait for someone to answer the phone. This first time I called and actually got on to someone, I stated, I paid for my items and I did not receive any sort of communication whether my items were shipped or not and can you guess what answers I received? Here let me tell you and I quote "I am sorry maam, can I put you on hold so I can get a tracking number? sure I replied not knowing I will be on hold for 7 minutes just to hear- " I am sorry maam but the item is on back order and it will be shipped in 2 days, do you want to wait or cancel and have a refund?"....what was I to do at this point, I was already waiting so I might as well continue.

My mistake, I guess I figured I came this far might as well go on with the show. My second call was 4 days later since I did not receive an email with the tracking number. I eventually received a tracking number via phone but when I asked why this was not emailed to me, the answer was they did send an email but something must be wrong with my email address because it was sent. I demanded another email with the tracking number and I guess by some miracle if you want to call it that I did receive it. So I will continue again later with my experience. Do you think it can get worse or better?

Continuation....

Hello everyone, here I am again with the continuation of my story, So I said I will let you know if I made the right decision and guess what, I certainly did not. I called the company to provide my information so I can receive my product. After waiting on the phone for 25 minutes I finally got someone on the phone, boy did I waste 25 minutes of my valuable time, I could not understand a word she was saying, with her heavy accent and a loud static on the phone it was unbearable, she took my telephone number and said she will call me right back, she did 20 minutes later. So I provided my credit card details and was finally charged the total amount for my order. I was told I my package will be shipped the next day and I will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it is shipped. I was happy I finally got that over with!

I received an email 2 days later and I quote “Dear customer, we are sorry to inform you that the product you ordered is on back order by the manufacturer. Please let us know if you would like to wait or have a refund. We apologizes for the inconvenience. Thank you, customer care”. What would you have done at this point? I emailed back asking if it was on back order why was I not informed when I called and why was I charged in the first place. It is against the law to charge you for a product without it being shipped. My response was and I quote again “ Dear customer, we are sorry but our customer rep did not have that information, We apologize on her behalf. If you would like a refund it will take at least 5 to 7 days to show in your account. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Thank you, customer care” FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS?? Ok, so at this point I wanted my refund but I was thinking the item will be back in stock the same time I was due for a refund, so I decided to wait on the product instead.

Continuation!!!

Hi everyone, so here I am with the continuation of my experience. Have you even placed an order or made a purchase with a company and wondered if you made the right choice? That was how I was feeling. I mean in this economy you try to save every valuable dollar but what’s the risk. The price was good but did I pick the right seller? You will decide for me!!!!!

After checking with my back to confirm my account was charged, I tried calling the company, granted their phone system is pretty nice, there is an automated voice letting you know how many callers are ahead of you. I was number 5, and guess what? I was number 5 for 20 minutes! I finally give up and decided to send an email explaining my situation. The good thing out of this was that I got a speedy response. Only problem was the response made no sense. In my email response I was told an order was placed for me but the credit/bank card was not charged. They said my order was “not finalized” and I have to call the company to provide all the information. Are you kidding me? “NOT FINALIZED” What the hell was that?? I was told to wait 24 to 48 hrs hours and check my account to verify payment did not go through….being in the situation I was in I decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt and wait out my 48 hrs to process my order. What would you have done? So anyways 2 days later I checked with my back and was told AmericaRX did try to charge my card but I don’t know what sort of system they have because they would not accept payment. I should have left it like that and just canceled my order BUT NO, I decided to call the company and provide them with the relevant information they need to process my order. Do you think I made the right decision???? I was wondering that myself!!! I will certainly let you know!!!!

My Experience with online shopping!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Everyone, Let me start by saying I am a frequent online shopper, I love shopping online, it sure beats the crowd and not forgetting the unbelievable long line at the cashier register. So anyways I am not sure what I did wrong for the services I received from AmericaRX. If you are an online shopper like myself beware of this company. I will share my experience with you and hopefully you can agree or disagree with my report. We are all here to have our say.


I was researching this product on the internet I could not find locally and I was lead to the AmericaRX website, I like to think of myself as computer savvy so I figured I would just create an account and place my first order with this company, so here I am filling in all my information and I clicked “place your order” after verifying payment it then prompted saying please enter billing information now I was thinking maybe I left something out so, I went and entered my information again. I once again hit the place your order button this time it says “your Email id already exist, please enter another email address or sigh in to place an order”. At this point I was thinking this website has to be fraud- what else could it be? After all it was giving me such a hard time just to place an order. So I decided to check my back account and lo and behold my account was charged the full amount. So anyways this is just the beginning I will tell the remaining tomorrow.
